Smoking Related Illnesses
The number one reason so many people like you want to quit smoking is because there many deadly smoking related illnesses. There are absolutely no health benefits to smoking cigarettes – only downsides (and a lot of them).
While it is not possible to know if most conditions are caused by smoking alone, knowledge now is at the point where professionals are aware of exactly what damage cigarettes cause.
